Over the course of the year, our team completed projects throughout Florida, spanning nearly every major city and linking various cities. This statewide reach reflects our ability to manage complex commercial waterproofing projects in diverse environments while also offering services as commercial painting contractors. Solaire at the Plaza - Orlando, Florida
We began the year in Downtown Orlando at Solaire at the Plaza, a high-rise commercial condominium requiring a comprehensive exterior waterproofing scope. Work included glazing exterior windows, caulking exterior joints, detailed cleaning, and the application of protective waterproof coatings to ensure long-term performance of the building envelope.
B'nai B'rith Buildings I, II, and III - Miami, Florida
In Miami, we completed waterproofing work on several significant properties, including B'nai B'rith Buildings I, II, and III. These projects added to a strong year of work in South Florida and reinforced our experience with large-scale, multi-building commercial properties. Additional projects throughout Miami and the surrounding areas further strengthened our presence along Florida’s East Coast.
Throughout 2025, we also worked on over a dozen churches across the State of Florida. In addition, our team waterproofed several retirement and senior living facilities, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term protection for occupied environments.

Another notable project was the 55 West / City of Orlando Parking Garage, where every level was pressure washed and treated with a penetrating clear sealer designed to extend the life of the structure. Beyond these projects, we completed waterproofing and restoration work on office buildings, apartments, condominiums, and other commercial facilities throughout Florida.
