Caulked all stucco-to-stucco joints using DOWSIL™ CPS hybrid sealant
Pressure-washed all surfaces to remove dirt, loose material, and contaminants to ensure proper adhesion before coating.
Applied a full waterproofing coating system consisting of one coat of Ultra Spec 608 Masonry Sealer/Primer, and a top-coat of Regal Select High Build Exterior Paint

On the sky bridge, previous sealants were cut out
Metal to metal and wet-sealed glass was recaulked with DOWSIL 795 silicone
The exterior of the parking garage was maintained by cutting out the expansion joints and re-caulking them with DOWSIL 790 silicone. One coat of Benjamin Moore acrylic sealer and one coat of Benjamin Moore Ultraspec were then applied.
On the interior of the parking garage, we taped off and applied 1 sealer coat and 1 finishing coat of Benjamin Moore Command to the walls and floor
